New and current members... Hello and welcome stargate travellers to Kiabri City, located in the Galaxy NGC-4555 or, better known to us as, The Stag Galaxy. The gates located here are known as Hotgates, their wormhole are not like any we have encountered before. The gate in itself is bone coloured with traces of volcanic mineral, that mineral is completely alien to us. Do not be frightened by its hellish appearance or feeling when travelling, it is all safe. You have all been hand selected from countries consiting from all over the world to participate in a expedition involving the exploration of this galaxy, to discover new means for us to defend our homeworld. I will not lie to you, this will not be an easy task. You will be faced with the perils and dangers of hostile aliens that may or may not have far more advanced technology than our own. While you stay here, this alien complex will be your home and, its members, your family. Please make your way to the enlist office so you can be recorded into our personnel files and shown your quarters. Enjoy your time here at the SGK. Stay safe, godspeed and see you on the other side...

death of me - New Twilight RPG « Result #1 on Dec 24, 2008, 9:53pm »
Forks, Washington has always been a place where things have been simple. Recently with the influx of vampires, people have failed to notice those that have gone missing. The werewolves can't hurt the Cullen clan, they've not broken their contract, they've not hurt a soul. But it's open season on vampires. With everyone in a whirl-wind of vampiric chaos and death tolls in Forks rising, the Volturi still haven't shown their faces to stop the madness.
¤ ¤ ¤
Following a trio in Italy, the Volturi are winded and tired. Their bodies go forever, but their minds, caused by blackness in their tracking and the inability to see the ones being tracked they're growing weary, ready to return home. That is when a sense comes. the smell of a creature closer. He's bleeding, wounded. He's what they're hunting. The fourth to the group, making it a trio that's on the loose, rather than four. His words lead them all to Forks, where the Volturi come armed, ready to kill.
¤ ¤ ¤
They carry no scent. They are close. Two males, a single female, each varying in size, each meek and unwilling to become part of a group. What are they? What could be dangerous enough to distract the Volturi when they were clearly challenged by such scary numbers that have climbed in Forks?

This RPG is set during the time of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight novel. But it's in your hands now if you, the player, will simply play out her series plot or deviate from it. Only you can tell ... or can you?

Live by the Tater « Result #15 on May 4, 2008, 10:27am »
Derek had currently finished his supply of taters that he had gotten in the briefing room. He nearly lost focus with the constant thought of taters being eating by those who didn't love them as much as him. No-one stopped him as he walked, focused and utterly determined in his goal. Now near the kitchens, he could smell the food cooking. Needless to day some the foreign food was questionable at best. Why on earth would you eat some of that stuff that looks like a bowl of snot? Resting his back against the wall, looking innocent as a few personnel walked past. He gave them a smile, before waiting as they passed as he opened the door to the kitchen.
Suddenly he was told in broken English by someone who sounded french that he had to leave. That this place was not safe. Yeah! it wasn't safe if you were a tater! Or one of the people in the way of the man getting his taters. Derek pushed past, holding his bag and using a tea towel he picked up the tray of taters and poured them in. In the kitchen, it was an uproar. People yelling, some just thinking it was the weird irish guy and who cared and others were laughing. Derek waved goodbye to the frenchman and ran out. Finally he had his supplies.
Now walking down the corridor with his prize on his back. He kept a neutral looking expression, the same one that most soldiers tended to have when they were on duty. Surprisingly enough no-one said anything. He knew that it would be likely that he would get into trouble, but he was more worried about the future defenses the kitchen would have in place to stop his countless raids that would have baffled Attila the Hun.

Residents of the city of Hollow Bastion awoke on a fine day--one like any other in spring--on April 20th. The port city was bustling with its regular activity, minus for one person. After this man’s death, whispers began to spread throughout the hospital he expired in. Nothing that the doctors saw before this were even like this. Stranger yet, the man’s body was no where to be found.
The morning of April 22nd started with a quaint news report at 6 A.M. The body of Rodger White, 48, a government worker, had gone missing. By the 11 P.M. news, Rodger White’s body had yet to be recovered. However, aside from a gas station robbery, a murder in Radiant Park, and the opening of a new library, nothing was of importance to the community. Unreported by the news was the illness of several of White’s family members and several hospital staff.
April 24th had hit, and White’s two daughters, wife, and brother had all died, along with two nurses from the University of Hollow Bastion Medical Center. Upon checking the morgue for their bodies, they were missing, and the area was in complete disarray. A news report on April 25th reflected these findings: seven bodies were missing from the Hollow Bastion Metropolitan Morgue, suspected to be a prank. Other mentions in the news several random attacks on the streets of the city, all seemingly unrelated minus all injuries were inflicted by bite wounds.
Over the course of April 26th to May 2nd, the numbers of attacks on random strangers seemed to rise, and soon, a correlation between attacks on random victims and their death two days later followed by their bodies disappearing from the morgue within twelve hours was made. Multiple television stations placed emphasis on nighttime safety and protecting one’s self.
The morning of May 7th was greeted with an increased number of police officers on the streets. The words of law enforcement and elected officials of had leaked to immediate family: there was something more going onto this. Without much discretion, Ansem Matlin, age 55 and mayor of Hollow Bastion, left for a business trip with his family to Washington D.C., followed by the family of his top advisors within the next week. Reports of attacks, deaths, and body thefts were on the rise, greater than before. Many residents could hear groans from the streets, particularly at night when there was nothing but silence.
At 5:30 A.M. on May 15th, blockades and army barricades had been constructed, restricting all traffic to and from the city. Problems had been, by that time, too obvious to ignore.
Hollow Bastion has been overrun with the living dead, and the citizens, until further notice, have been left to survive on their own.
-------------
Welcome to Theory of Evolution, a Kingdom Hearts AU post-apocalyptic survival role play. The city of Hollow Bastion has been abandoned by its government, leaving anarchy and chaos in its wake, as the population slowly dwindles against a growing hoard of the Undead. The few remaining alive, if they have the will to live, are either attempting to wait the horror out, or escape past the military barricade, and find salvation beyond the city's borders.
But questions remain: Just how far has this disease spread? And will a cure ever be found in time to save the human race?

Whispers from the Mountains: The Tales of Samwise Gamgee, a Lord of the Rings RP
(Click to Enter!)
THE PLOT
The rain hit the rooftop of their small hobbit home and normally the soothing sound would have rocked Sam to sleep, but he was wide awake and unable to get any rest even if he closed his eyes and pretended to count the stars in the sky. It had been three years since Frodo had made his journey to the Undying Lands and he still missed his friend, could still remember the great adventure that they had made together. Only his friends Merry and Pippin truly understood what the four Hobbits had been through and they talked about it often. Sighing with some resignation, Sam sat up in bed and looked over at his wife, who was still sound asleep. Quietly he scooted to the edge and placed his feet on the floor and walked over to the window to peer outside.
The shire was quiet and all was well. It hadn't changed much over the past few years which was a good thing, to a Hobbit. However, Sam found himself growing impatient with it for some reason. He didn't know why, but he had this sudden feeling that something great was about to happen. What, he did not know, but he thought about it often. With his connections with many of his friends who lived outside the Shire, he had heard some of the latest and most intriguing news. He did not know how much he believed of it, but he wasn't exactly as naiive as he had once been. There were things happening in the deep of the Misty Mountains. Some speculated it was dwarf activity since dwarves were known for their magnificent dwellings under the heavy rock that made the foundation of the mountains. Others believed something darker was arising from the depths of darkness. What it could possibly be, they could only speculate. Some feared that the One Ring had managed to survive even after it had melted in the fires of Mount Doom. Sam didn't really believe this, as he was with Frodo and had seen the Ring disappear into the firey flames. All evil had come to an end that day and Middle Earth had been saved.
As Sam sat in the window he took a moment and stared out at the well trimmed yard and into the Shire. It was then that he heard a whisper in the air which made him tilt his head so that he could hear it slightly better. As he struggled to hear it was it was saying, his face furrowed into an expression of deep thought and just as he was about to begin to interpret what was being said, it vanished into the night. Sighing with a bit of frustration, Sam stood and headed back to bed thinking that he had only been imagining it. After all, it was silly of him to worry about strange whispers from the mountains....or was it?

Chea, who needed idle chit-chat when you had free pens and a book to read! Kio was already firing his way through it. He hadn't done any reading in a few months, and since he'd actually forgotten what the book was about...well....might as well finish it and be clueless, before starting it again. It was printed entirely in his home print.... that being Kanji.
And as per Kio, he'd already stuck the chain of the skull necklace he always wore into his mouth and chewed it thoughtfully while reading. So of course, when Tides appeared (Well...not appeared per se but yeah), Kio blinked and looked up with wide eyes, lying on his belly on the gurney with a book in his hands. Very unprofessional. He quickly scurried onto his feet and shoved the book into the bag. "Uhh...hello." he said, grinning, his necklace still hanging out of his mouth. "You're uhm....yeahr...here...and...stuff."
And suddenly his accent had just magically improved in leaps and bounds. He blinked like an owl at the question, "....advento-ure?" he said slowly back..... OH RIGHT! yeah...the mission. yeah. He knew that, wasn't distracted by cute doctors with green eyes and red hair at all, nope."Oh! Oh yeahr, totally." Kio quickly cleared his throat and wiped the stupid grin on his face away, before following Tides to the examining table like a puppy, and bouncing into the seat, holding out his arm. "Nyu needles, ne?" he said, "Daikirau desu .... I hate-o them." He was so tempted to touch that hair, it looked so fluffy. Gawking at Tides's hair like an idiot with his necklace hanging from his mouth. How embarrassing. For everyone else!

Tides had already arrived back at the only place he felt truly confident in. He put the files down onto a desk, but kept one in his hand, at the middle of the file read 'Japan' then beneath it was 'Kioshi Ari Ichiyo.' He read the file once more, paying close attention to the detail of his Psychology section. He was deemed bright, bubbly, in your face and hyperactive. It didn't say those words exactly but they could be translated into it. He heard a noise in the hallway outside the Infirmary and was about to investigate when Kio came bounding through the doorway. tides couldn't help but pausing and watching again, after what happened before he was a little nervous about showing Kio he was there.
John was about to let himself be known he was there by striking up a conversation, Kio made his hysterical outburst and the sudden courage he had was quickly jolted out of him, instead he quietly cleared his throat and walked over, who needed idle chit-chat anyway? Chances are Tides wouldn't be able to understand him anyway, it was hard enough understanding his family, and he knew their language. "Morning Medic, all ready for your off world adventure?" One could suddenly see a different side to the good doctor, he was very confident in his work and very clear and formal. Completely the opposite of who he was in the Briefing Room. He took his job very seriously indeed, even to the point it was boring to work with him when days were slow, even in the holiday season.
"I'll be doing a basic medical, you would know what that consists off, so I'll need you to, uh, walk ... over there..." Tides was loosing his grip, probably because he looked at Kioshi and the butterflies suddenly arrived again. he cleared his throat once more and walked to a table and desk, gesturing for the medic to sit down. Tides grabbed his lip with his teeth, subtly, then picked up what he needed. He then promptly took Kioshi's blood pressure, temperature (after all it was a big thing in this complex) and testing his reflexes, while doing this the doctor made no eye contact, as if it was forbidden.

Correction... I have already edit it and everyones has new pictures, Im sorry for those of you whom had personal pictures (sorry to myself too but anywho) This is the new KIABRI!
Adjustments « Result #30 on Apr 18, 2008, 2:26pm »
Because of the new layout (which is soon to come) I will be making a few adjustments with things... main one is:
All characters must have a celebrity picture. You will find out why when you see the new layout.
All pictures will be unified.. that is either I come up with a new picture style made just for Kiabri, or I have to make all pictures.
please write before, your characters celebrity, so that I can finish the new site.
More things that will be changed will be the inclusion of new races (even if they havent been discovered yet) I may be pushing the time frame a tad bit to where things have already been discovered.

I mean err...to the infirmary.
Having left the locker-room, Kio skipped merrily down the hallways, singing some more, this time in English, and soon enough, had bounced merrily over the threshold and into the infirmary. "Waaahaha! I'm hoooome!" He then put on a high pitched voice, "Na ni? Honto desu ca?" before his own voice, "Hai! Honto honto desu!" and cackling madly. Seemed that his Engrish had suddenly turned highly.... understandable. Surprise, surprise.
Holding his free pen in his right hand, and clicking it madly as he walked, he threw the satchel on top of the gurney. This was his second home, if he wasn't in his room, he was in the infirmary. Kind of sad, but oh well. Life of a lowly medic. Still clicking the pen, he twirled and circle and stretched his arms, trying to make a mental list of what he needed to grab.
But then....when was he ever alone in the infirmary..."....Wahaha!" he said loudly, belly flopping onto the gurney and pulling the book out of the satchel, and opening it to the page he was last at. Might as well catch up on some good reading time while no-one was around.
Zooming Spider Monkey « Result #33 on Apr 17, 2008, 10:29pm »
Bounding into the locker room, singing to a Japanese band at the top of his lungs, it was no wonder that Kio was in a good mood. He'd just discovered the love of his life, he'd successfully managed to piss Arkadiy off without even trying, AND he got a free pen! Things were looking up for the pink spider monkey medic of Kiabri.
Course, that left something to be said when he realised that he had no idea exactly what equipment he was supposed to take along with him to the goddamn mission. So instead, Kio skipped around the area, showing off his pen to the guys having a shower. You've never properly experienced the thrills of a shower until you've had a pink haired Asian pop up out of nowhere and show you his free pen while you were trying to shave. It was kind of scary, really.
In the end, one of the fellow medics advised that he'd need to grab some of the little needs, then probably head back to the infirmary for the med kits. Sounded good to Kio, skipping over to his locker and pulling it open, studying the contents, before grabbing a satchel, shoving a few things in there, a book, a tube of tooth paste, a hair brush, etc, before swinging the bag over his shoulder, waving to a few of the friends he'd just made, and hurrying out of the room to the infirmary. Eeeeeeeeeh, hope Dr McHottie was there!

The Irishman watched the scientist fellow enter, so this was his team. A burger, a japanese guy, a late and nerdy guy and a devilishly handsome Irish guy. He then grimaced as the thought of bending over to Tides and have him check him over. The best medicals were done by busty women, in tiny outfits and heels. Mmmmm than and offering him all kinds of taters. Bringing his mind back to what it should be, the mission. He knew the darker reasons why he was sent here, Derek was excellent at what he did and yet the government did not approve of him. This was the happy Irishman's darker secret that he didn't want anyone to know.
He had questions about the planet but knew that this unit could be used as a suicide unit. But it could just be his own paranoia. When the German saluted him, he gave a half-arsed one and gave Arkelidy a better one. The General had given him a chance and he was grateful for that. He nodded, then saluted before walking out with a surprising serious look on his face and if this mission was to be a harder one, no doubt, one of the first within this galaxy. He was going to eat plenty of taters before he left. Perhaps he little Japanese man for help in raiding the kitchens? He seemed impressionable. The nerd guy would be too bsuy doing nerd things and the Burger was a .. well, a burger.
He left in a rush, he needed time to get his taters... yes... he did

Varick entered the mens change rooms so that he equip himself with a more suitable attire for off world missions. Once in there he watched a few others coming from the showers, others shaving and some just lazily talking as if this was the hottest new night club in the city. There was one good thing about this place, its walls, floors and ceiling could be molded into whatever you wanted. It was also a bad thing when the men worked together to replicate a womans breast, complete with body and half arms and legs. Varick tried to ignore what they were doing, it was hard when it was the only main attraction with the city and everyone was rooting it on and cheering at how well it was going.
The German was at his locker, undressing, his clothes were warm from the volcanic locker, it made them more welcoming. On the other hand Varick was never a big fan of hot weather and he seems to be acting more lethargic. because of it. He wondered how bad it could have been on the planet, with two suns situated close to the planet. Somehow Varick didn't think he was going to enjoy his best mission, even if there wasn't a gut instinct saying the same thing. He put his clothes on, got some of the weapons he has stored and finally left fully clothed for action. He left the area with the hoots and jeers fading behind him, Varick suspected they finally made a head for the woman.

Varick watched as the new guy emerged into the room, he looked young to be at Special Operations rank, and even younger to be a top scientist. The German suspected two things, 1) he has friends in high places, or 2) he's a genius. Varick preferred the idea of the first, it was one thing to be young and compared to older more experienced members, but it was another to be young and comparing to himself. Varick didn't say anything, after all there was no need for it. Upon listening to what the General said, Varick began to get the idea of it being a mistake. The fact he didn't want to answer questions only backed his gut instinct. When he left he stood and saluted in return, standing tall (quite literally too) and proud. A quick glance was made to the commanding officer, as if to check if he was any better of dishing out respect...... The glance wasn't curious though, it was arrogant and just a hint of snide.
Varick waited in the room while looking at everyone else, wondering if he should leave or not, perhaps his team wanted to discuss something. Varick paused in thought, finally concluding they couldn't discuss anything anyway so why stay? He promtly turned to Derek and half saluted (that is lazily raising his hand and not clicking his heels), he never did like to salute to anyone but a German and if not, they had to be something higher than Colonel. Varick turned and left, he was eager to get offworld, his reason was it was equal to 'in action' who wanted to be dematerialized then reconstructed on the other end, all in the name of curiosity?
OOC: Forgot to add, you all must now post at least once in the lockerrooms (Subvulk 6) you can tag along with Varick or make a new thread yourself. The post/s should include 'entering the room' and 'leaving the room' lol Then you must enter the Infirmary for checkup (Subvulk 2).

He watched with an open mind as the members arrived. Second in Command - Prudent and Disciplined. First In Command - Hungry but on time and highly recommended by his officials. Medic - Strange and, no, strange about sums it up at least he came highly recommended too. Scientist - Childish, demanding but very good at what he does, plenty of proof with that. Well Arkadiy was sure this was the worse Stargate team ever put together, smart and very good in all they are and do, but not the best combination. Perhaps with time they will grow to like each other, like their home and not be hellbent on causing mayhem for he knew the fate of the universe depended on it. This galaxy was discovered mentioned in the Atlantis database, the data itself said nothing but a hot galaxy, they even needed to alter their gates to make sure they could create a stable wormhole. The alterations made gate travel, humid and rough.
The general of course had saluted to the military officers, all except Shook and his utter distaste (clearly shown by the generals expression toward Shook) took the better of him. Shook was new, very new, so he could give me some slack Second Special Operations Matthew Shook, you may not know proper military procedures but I expect you to learn them very quickly. The only other option you have here is to return to earth and on that said planet, we have more power in making people disappear.. permanently. Arkadiy had a very strong Russian accent but all he said could be clearly understood, whether one chose to pretend they couldn't understand, it was their funeral. Now 2nd Special Ops, you have been called her as a backup for HG-1 and nothing more. Next time you will hold you tongue until after you salute. He watched the reactions of the others, the General was strict and he expected a well orderly group before him, or at least they will learn to keep formality to a maximum with him. The general was not here to make friends, he had a mission like any other, he just hated the fact that his base was to home criminals. It wasn't that he couldn't enjoy a game or two, maybe even a joke, Terry could joke, he was very good with jokes, particular at the wrong times, but this was not a wrong time. His attention was drawn to the head doctor Dr. Tides, glad you could make it. This is HG-1 with HG-2's second in command, for the time being. Maybe he may become permanent, it will depend if he can prove his worth" this remark was said to the doctor but meant toward Matthew himself.
...Mission...
Time to brief I believe.. sit down Spec Ops. We have recovered in our database a gate address high-lit above others, we have no idea why it was, it is either going to be very good idea or a terrible mistake. That is your mission gentlemen, reconnaissance the planet. Find out why this one was so special that merit its superiority over the others. We have already discovered a viable atmosphere, the humidity could be a problem and the fact the sun is set low to the planet might also pose difficulty but other than that the planet is completely safe. Do we have any questions?" His eyes traveled to each member for a brief second then he concluded Very well, gear up and head to the infirmary where our Dr Tides will assess your health before the mission" it seemed if anyone had questions they weren't going to answered, probably because Arkadiy himself didn't know much about the planet. and the database entry. to give answers. The General stood up and saluted. His was of saying 'meetings over, go away.'

The faint tinge of pink over Kio's cheeks (Matching his hair too, for some some odd reason) turned to a burning red, Kio managing to splutter out "Uh---no sanks. I'm good," He sat down low in his chair, suppressing the urge to giggle like a girl, or mutter some jumbled Englinese. Instead, he found that looking at his fingernails was the best idea in the world since sliced bread, since every time he looked up, Kioshi found himself being stared at by Dr Hottie.
HELL YES he was hot! Baka! Duuh. Kio immediately sat up straight when Matthew sauntered into the room. Wah! Another disgruntled employee! Kioshi almost sat up and said this loudly---- almost. He slid down into the chair again, wrinkling his nose and thinking about other things. Fishing...sushi...hopscotch...Dr Hottie. HELL YES. Ok...he could do this. Braving a look up, he flashed a wide grin towards Tides, then "Konnichiwa, sojourner!" towards Matthew, in a slightly less... thick accent than before. Yes, Kio DID know big words.

Two weeks. He'd been here all of two weeks - and a day, he reminded himself - and already they had tried to stuff him full of such useless information. His desk, his floor, hell, even his bed, was covered with thick folders and various stacks of paper that he had been...well, "asked" to read, as they had put it. Asked to read all eight million papers lining his new room. "How did they even get this much paper down here in two weeks?!", he spat suddenly, glaring at it all from his seat in his chair. knees pulled up to his chest and shoes long forsaken in favor of nothing but socks. Of course, he'd only rescued the chair after angrily shoving all of the paper down onto the floor. He breathed in loudly through his nose, exhaling just as loudly as he finally rotated his chair around to grip on of the larger folders. Opening the thing up, it took him only a brief glance across the page to toss it over his shoulder and declare it to be, "Useless". And unfortunately for those people within the base who expected him to read all of these files, once Matt regarded something, anything, as 'Useless', he would have nothing more to do with it. It was his stubborn streak, you see. His blue eyes shifted suddenly to watch the stack of papers cluttering around his desk. "Absolutely useless.", he repeated. Raising his arm up, he allowed the limb to drop lazily onto the desk with a hollow 'thunk' echoing off of the grey walls, and slid his entire arm across the desk, shoving all of the neat files onto the floor in a heap. Satisfied that his desk had been properly cleaned, he twisted himself back around towards his computer. He hadn't been allowed to bring one of his own laptops. Apparently, his "history" made him a bit of a threat and besides, the place had computers there, they had said. But what they hadn't told him was that the computers would be in an alien language he wouldn't understand, in a code he would not recognize, and any adjustments he made could, and probably would, effect the entire base. Well, where was the fun in that? No, Matt's fun lay in all of the secrecy and mayhem that came with hacking. And so...in less than two weeks and one day, he had cracked at least an eighth(he guessed) of the code...but not the language, unfortunately. But that would come later. With just an eighth of the code, he could do...well, what The Mad Hatter did best. "Subvulk 3....where is that..." He rested his chin on his left knee, thinking for a moment. He could remember reading something....something about it... No, they had told him! He remembered now! "The jail house! Huh...wonder if they got anyone in there?" Running his hand over the 'keyboard', Matt allowed his exploration to begin. But with only an eighth, he was still to limited. "Damn. Ah well, let's see what this one here does." Directing his attention to something that looked suspiciously like an opening command for one of the cells, Matt grinned. Again, the language would come later, he was focusing on cracking this code! And, being Matt, he would just as happily go about mashing buttons together as he would do it in a more logical fashion.
.- - - - -SHOOK TO THE BRIEFING ROOM.
He might have ignored the message had he not heard his own sir name. Cocking his head to the side to listen a little more closely, he mashed his finger into the command without even realizing it. Jerking his head back down to his desk, he watched the screen type out something to him in that language he couldn't read(he was a linguist, yes, but two weeks just wasn't enough time, even for him) and then return to what it had been. Blinking, Matt allowed his feet to slip out of the chair and onto the floor again, sliding into his boots with relative ease. "What the hell do they want. I swear to god if they give me anymore of these useless papers, I'm shutin' the place down. Rottin' it from the inside out!" Of course...even if they had no intention of giving him another piece of paper for as long as he lived, The Hatter couldn't help but grin at the very idea of sending an entire alien system under and destroying it with the very things that made it run. A nice virus here, a worm or two there, and no one would know anything... Tying his boots up, he just about skipped down the hallway to the Briefing Room.
-------
It took him quite a while to reach the place, having never been there before. Still, when he did find the office, he wasted no time giving way to his renowned personality. Knocking once and opening the door without much regard as to whether he was allowed in or not, Matt grinned. Ya called?" He said almost cheerily. He gave a curt, almost mock, salute before nodding, more to himself than anything, observing the odd group(not that he had any room to talk). This must be a team, then., he tilted his head to the side for a moment, weighing his own possibility. It could have been the team he was on....or.... Or he could have been mistaken when he'd hit that key... Eh, being yelled at wasn't that big of a deal. Not for a guy like Matt. It wasn't like he hadn't had important people yell at him before. Turning his attention back toward the General, he gave the older man a look of bitter resentment, even if it hadn't been aimed at Arkadiy himself. "Ya not gonna give me more papers are ya? 'Cause I'm not gonna read them. I mean, the last ones ya gave me were the most useless things I've ever seen." His shoulders slumped. Typical of him. He might have been twenty one, but his ability to get what he'd wanted for so long had done a number on his once promising personality and intellect, making him seem more like a fifteen year old again from the look of it.

haha I love old rock, most of Metallica (or at least one album in particular) I also like soundtracks (random music there) 80's, 90's.. not really into the now music.. unless eurodance or dance in general. I can't dance to save my life but I like it anyway. I do think its the melody and beat that Im attracted to. I don't have to understand what their saying, they don't even have to say anything.
As for the pony.. hes a miniature one about 84cm tall at withers. A bit of a porker (so says the vet lol) so hes on a diet... but we don't feed him as less as they said. They might be thinking hes a miniature horse and meant to look like a streamline arabian or thoroughbred. I didn't mention he was actually a shetland (hes registered Australian Miniature Pony - not horse) and so they must have just though 'oh streamline - hes fat'
He has a pen about 2 and a half metres by 3 metres. He gets lunged everyday for about 10 minutes for exercise. Well he hasnt been for a while but the thoughts there lol
Also i have moved your character to HG-1, it might be a temporary position because Nets are scientist (Luke) hasnt come back yet. She would love to but right now hasnt got the time and she hasnt RPed in a while (like me) So looks like you will be going on a early mission lol Just join the HG-1 teams thread in the briefing - ugh - room and pretend another announcement was made just for your character
*blinks* wow...that just looks awesome o.O I live on PSP and PS. Though my pictures are no way that good o.O
and I <3 my Skillet =3 My christian friends love them. hehehe. That's how I know about them, very addictive band! and Waaaah Diru! <<3 I love my Diru! My Die lol. Well...not mine..no yeah, its fair to say I've licked and claimed him.
But I'll share, because I love to spread the Jrock love =)

I don't really listen to Eurodance unless someone else is in the car. Usually, I've got on rock or older metal. Skillet, Metalica, Depeche Mode, Pendilium, stuff like that.
lmao. Everytime I see Kio, I'm reminded of Dir en Grey XP He's my newest favorite singer so I'll be sure to keep Matt from tormenting him to much lmao But I've never heard of Cradle of Filth. But then again, I don't pay attention to a lot of things in the media so that's probably not all that surprising. -_-; I'm usually absourbed in either eighteen million rp posts I have to type for my characters, or in PSP. I just got the Corel XI and it's the best damn thing since sliced bread. XD I do things like this; http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/4601/kouruwaterts2.png That guy's name is Kouru.
Tiffany...How do you get a pony to fit in the house? I mean, I've seen shetland ponies before and I realize they are small...but...I don't understand how. 0_o;
Hmm...I've been roleplaying for about five..maybe six years, since I was fifteen, sixteen years old. I'm twenty-two since 14th April.

These two up above only listen to Jrock cause I ran at them with "GUYS! LISTEN TO THIS! ITS COOL!" I love a lot of my home grown music too. Uhm... silly boy Kio is like my all time Japanese hero guy hide, so... be nice to Kio...
Anyway, I live down under with Tiff and Manda-ness, except I live a state below them. Uhm......... I like food.
I live with my grandma and I go to uni. 20 years old and I was born on Halloween, and I live up to the expectation of being Gothic by wearing black. I used to however live on a cattle farm with my muuummy and my daaaddy and my 683837563783 pets! No kidding. I can't name them all. I've had every type of pet under the sun except a python and a goat and a spider. eww..spider. I used to have a pet fly! XD

Tides could feel his own face burning up, thanks to the actions of Kioshi it distracted the others from looking at him and made the doctor feel a slight more at ease. He watched the antics curiously, wondering how to take it. This Kioshi acted strange the moment he walked in, John rolled his eyes but sat down opposite the team leader. He could feel some tension between Derek Verdern and Varick Vonburgfeuer, he thought with names so similar they should have come from the same country or at least shared an common interest, but they appeared to be like chalk and cheese, Derek being the cheese.
Tides looked at Kioshi when he talked, being very well spoken and raised with an English speaking mother and in an english speaking country, he found it hard to understand accents. Even his fathers was difficult. Tides heard similar words to english and managed, he hoped, to comprehend what he wanted "Do you need a bathroom, medic? Surely you would have uh, gone... before this meeting?" His attention now stayed with Kio's, the personnel files now beneath his hands, with Kioshi's being on top.
